The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig products is a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The appropriate temperature range is typically between 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Dyeing our wig products is not recommended, as the hair cuticles do not retain color well, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be easily washed out.

To wear the wig, start by gently combing the hair with a wide-tooth comb, then put on the wig cap, followed by the wig itself. Adjust the inner net buckle to secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair, then shampoo with cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse, and dry with a towel. Gently shake the wig to regain its style and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to brush the hair from the ends to the roots, which will help prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it's recommended to use your fingers to comb the hair.

The hairstyle may vary slightly between different batches due to the handcrafted nature of the wigs. You can restyle the wig as needed to suit your preferences. The color may also vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we do our best to accurately represent the colors in our product images.

Please note that the wig may be out of shape when you receive it due to packaging or transport. Don't worry, simply comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape.

The wig is approximately 40 inches (100 cm) in length, and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap is approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error of 1-2 cm. The package includes 1 wig.
